For property managers and maintenance companies

For a property manager and the board, the photos are an easy way to show the state of the roof at a meeting. The same photos can be used to ask several contractors for a quote based on the same information, and they stay in the housing company's own archive.

For maintenance companies we shoot before and after photos of gutter cleaning and roof maintenance, which makes the result of the work easy to show to the customer.

An important limit

The shoot is visual documentation. We do not give a condition rating and we do not replace the assessment of a building inspector or roofer. The photos are still very useful when deciding whether a closer inspection is needed, or when you want to follow the condition of the roof from year to year.
