What information we collect
The information you give in the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the location or address of the property, and the content of your message. To prevent misuse of the form we also store a hash calculated from the sender's IP address, from which the original address cannot be recovered.
What the information is used for
The information is used only to handle your quote request or enquiry, and to maintain a possible customer relationship. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it or pass it on.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as the enquiry requires, and for no more than 12 months, unless handling a customer relationship, invoicing or bookkeeping obligations require a longer period.
Services we use
The site is hosted on Hostinger servers, and messages from the form are sent by email. The fonts on the site are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact third parties because of them. The site has no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have stored about you by sending a message to info@apexvisuals.fi. If you believe your information has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
