Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be there during the shoot?

Usually not. As long as we can get to the yard or the surroundings of the property, we can shoot without you being there. We agree on the practical details in advance.

What if the weather does not allow the shoot?

We reschedule the shoot at no extra cost. We only fly when conditions are safe.

How quickly do I get the images?

Edited images are delivered as a download link, usually within one or two working days of the shoot, and photo reports for housing companies within a few working days. We agree on the delivery time of a canvas print when you order.

Is VAT added to the prices?

No. Apex Visuals is not VAT registered, so all prices are VAT 0 %. The price you see is the price you pay.

What can I use the images for?

Private customers get the images for their own use, for example to print or to share with family. Real estate agents get the right to use the images to market the property. If you need broader usage rights, tell us when you order.

Where do you work, and what do trips cost?

There is no travel charge within about 30 kilometres of Kaarina and the Turku region. Further away, travel costs €0.60 per kilometre.

Can you photograph anywhere?

We only fly in areas where flying is permitted. If a property is in a restricted area or is otherwise difficult, we will tell you before the shoot.
